We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in an administrative support environment, ideally within a school or similar setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to engage confidently with colleagues, pupils, parents, and visitors.
- Good numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to lead and inspire others, helping your team to achieve their best.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the confidence to plan your own workload and support others in managing theirs.
- Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving and daily tasks.
- Willingness to undertake minor first aid training to support pupil welfare.
- Competence in using a range of software packages, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to learn new IT systems as needed.
- A positive attitude towards teamwork, understanding your role within the wider school community.
- Sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy in all interactions, with a commitment to equality and accessibility for all.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a genuine enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
- Commitment to personal and professional development, as well as upholding the school’s standards and values.
- Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS checks and all relevant pre-employment screening.
