The successful candidate will be someone who is able to show initiative and be proactive towards maintaining the site.
Governors are looking for someone who:
- having a practical hands-on approach with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise
- be able to carry out a range of duties including basic DIY
- Health and Safety: have a good knowledge of regulations, maintaining and monitoring records while ensuring compliance and be willing to undertake training as required
- prompt processing of purchase orders for goods and services, with responsibility for planning a maintenance schedule and budgeting for such works
- Experience of keeping work records
Candidates with the above experience from all sectors will be considered but experience of a school setting would be advantageous.
