The role involves visiting disabled citizens in the community to assess and identify equipment and or minor/major adaptations which will promote their independence and improve their quality of life.
 
The role requires the successful applicant to be able to drive across the city to meet the demands of the service, you will be entitled to essential car use
 
The role involves recording of information relating to assessment, completing referrals to other agencies when identified and carrying out risk assessments in relation to major adaptations such as stair lifts.
 
Targets and performance is key to ensure we meet the needs of our disabled citizens in a timely and effective manner so there will be weekly set targets with regards to the number of visits you will carry out
 
The role involves hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week being office based. The role offers flexible working across core hours.
