About The Role

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full Time, 8:30am to 4:30pm (will consider hybrid/flexible working arrangement)

Number of positions: 1
Start Date: 6th January 2025

Salary: £40,476 - £44,711 per annum

The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced, efficient and effective Business Manager who, sharing in the school vision will advise the Headteacher and offer leadership in financial management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Strategically maximise income generation
Budget management to ensure greatest impact on learning
Personnel
Building and Premises Management
Health and Safety Management
Whole School Administration

About the Candidate

The successful candidate will:

Demonstrate initiative and be able to prioritise work effectively
Work with integrity and confidentiality
To be well organised with meticulous attention to detail
Have excellent time management skills
To have excellent oral and written communication and numeracy skills
To be conversant with FMS, SFVS, and Access Education (HCSS)
