Join Our Dynamic Regeneration Legal Team
Our Regeneration Legal Group spearheads the complex negotiation, drafting and delivery of the planning, property and regeneration work that makes this revolution happen. We’re now expanding the team to deliver on the Council’s ambitious strategy: Investing in Success: An Economic Strategy for Manchester (Investing in success - an Economic Strategy for Manchester | Investing in success - an Economic Strategy for Manchester | Manchester City Council).

The work done in the team is critical to its clients, often delivered to tight deadlines whilst contributing to the delivery of the clients’ priorities (e.g. the increase of housing supply and reduction of homelessness), to fulfil their statutory obligations (e.g. health and social care duties) and in the significant amounts of procurement activity and contractual arrangements.

The role holder will provide effective advice and representation on matters related to a range of commercial and regeneration legal work including major infrastructure projects of high value and importance to Manchester and Salford City Councils, the Greater Manchester Combined Authority and, where appropriate, to external bodies.
