Pay: Initially Grade 1 £23,656 per annum, rising to Grade 3 £24,404 - £25,183 (bar at £24,790) per annum upon completion of apprenticeship

As Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the general administrative tasks to support the Work & Skills team. This will include responding to enquiries from a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, processing finance orders, managing social media accounts and creating content for newsletters. You will also have the opportunity to support the team at a range of events throughout the year.

Attention to detail, time-management and organisation are key skills required to be successful in this role.

Part of the requirement of the role is to complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration, alongside developing a range of practical skills and experience. This will be part of a development plan which will lead to a permanent post upon successful completion. 

Appointment to this role will be at Grade 1 (£23,656) with progression to Grade 3 (£24,404 - £25,183) on completion of the apprenticeship.
