You will bring excellent teaching practice, a deep understanding of SEND policy and provision, and the ability to lead and inspire others. SENCo experience is essential, and a SENCo qualification is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a collaborative mindset are key, along with the ability to use data effectively to drive improvement.
