Salary: L16 to L20 £75,049 - £82,654 per annum
This is a strategic leadership opportunity to shape inclusive education at Whalley Range 11–18 High School. As Assistant Headteacher and Head of Inclusion, you will lead the development and delivery of SEND provision across the school, ensuring outstanding outcomes for students with additional needs.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, staff, families, and external agencies to embed inclusive practices, oversee EHCPs and transition programmes, and champion wellbeing and personal development.
This role also includes line management responsibilities across key inclusion teams and contributes to whole-school improvement and leadership.
