Qualifications Required: NVQ 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent (Essential).  Level 3 Diploma in Childcare & Education (Desirable but not Essential)
Start Date: 5th January 2026
Salary: £26,403 per annum
 
 

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly Early Years team, supporting learning and development within our Nursery.

 The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

You will work closely with the class teacher and wider Early Years staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework, helping to foster curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning

About the Candidate

We are looking for someone who:
 
  • Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Has experience of working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Understands the EYFS framework and the importance of play-based learning.
  • Is caring, patient, and able to build positive relationships with children, staff, and families.
  • Can work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
  • Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and a passion for helping every child reach their potential.
