About The Role

Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only based at Procter Learning Centre in Hulme
Working Hours: Full Time, 35 per week, Monday to Friday 8:00 - 15:00
Number of Positions: 1
Start Date: 1^st January 2025
Salary: £21,329 per annum

For candidates who only wish to be considered for either the Cook or the Caretaker role the school is willing to consider applications on the following basis

Cleaner and Caretaker 15 hours per week 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Cook 20 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday mornings to provide lunch

We have locations across the City of Manchester and are currently looking to appoint a caretaker at Procter Learning Centre.

This post is not just a cook it involves cleaning, providing meals, caretaking and engaging with pupils. Although the school will consider applications for either a Cook or a Caretaker/Cleaner (as above).

Whilst this role will initially be at Procter Learning Centre in Hulme, all staff are expected to be willing to work at other sites if operational needs requires it.

Call out duties will be required and time off in lieu will be given.

About the Candidate

This is a permanent position and requires a reliable, trustworthy hardworking individuals who can work as part of a team and work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

The successful applicant will need to interact with children with challenging behaviour.
