We currently have an exciting opportunity for Teacher (SEN) to join our fantastic team at Camberwell Park Specialist School
This is a permanent, full-time role on the Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale plus SEN allowance, ideally starting September 2026.
We are seeking a passionate and committed SEN Teacher to join our specialist team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of children and young people with additional needs while contributing to the ongoing development of our school community.
You will be an enthusiastic classroom practitioner who shares our belief that every child can succeed and who is committed to delivering high-quality, personalised learning experiences that enable pupils to make strong progress academically, socially and emotionally.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be qualified to teach in the UK
- Have successful teaching experience and experience working with children and young people with additional needs
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all learners
- Understand the importance of personalised learning and adaptive teaching
- Be committed to promoting positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Be reflective, resilient and committed to ongoing professional development
- Thrive in a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Be willing to contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment and extra-curricular opportunities
