Salary: £25,584 - £27,269 per annum

Moston Lane Primary School are seek seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated, caring and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking team to provide class cover for staff development and PPA.

The role will involve supporting groups of children in class and out of class, with a strong emphasis on improving reading, writing and mathematics skills, in addition to this the successful candidate will also provide full class cover.

Candidates will need excellent literacy and numeracy skills and an assessment of these will form part of the recruitment process

Is able to plan and teach full classes

Has the ability to help each child reach their full potential
Has proven experience of raising attainment and dedicated to school improvement and the success of Moston Lane Primary School
Is highly motivated individual who will ensure the best possible outcomes for the people they work with.
Has GCSE's in Literacy and Maths
Can plan and assess work for groups of children and work on their own initiative
Has excellent behaviour management skills
Has excellent communication skills
Can liaise effectively with staff
