We currently have an exciting opportunity for two Teachers (SEN) to join our fantastic team at Camberwell Park Specialist School
This is a permanent, full-time role on the Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale plus SEN allowance, ideally starting January 2027.
We are seeking two experienced, passionate and committed SEN Teachers to join our specialist team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of children and young people with additional needs while contributing to the ongoing development of our specialist school community.
As a Teacher at Camberwell Park, you will fulfil the professional responsibilities outlined in the Teachers' Standards and School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document.
You will:
- Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging lessons that meet the diverse learning needs of pupils
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where all pupils can succeed
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, ensuring appropriate interventions are in place
- Support pupils' social, emotional and personal development alongside their academic achievement
- Promote positive behaviour for learning in line with school policies
- Contribute to the development of curriculum planning, teaching resources and assessment practices
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers and external agencies to support pupil outcomes
- Contribute to school self-evaluation and improvement initiatives
- Participate in professional development opportunities and support the development of colleagues where appropriate
- Actively contribute to the wider life of the school community
