Admin Coordinator

The post holder will be expected to provide high-quality administrative support for staff and parents in order to promote pupil well-being.

We are looking for:

• Experience of general clerical, administrative work and school systems desirable.
• Possession of good numeracy and literacy skills (A minimum of grade C in both English and Maths or equivalent is essential)
• Willingness to undertake minor first aid training
• Have a good understanding of and the ability to use relevant technology, for example, a photocopier
• Possession of good keyboard and computer skills
• Willingness to participate in development and training opportunities
• To be responsible for the administration of financial management systems and to assist with the planning, monitoring and evaluation of expenditure against the annual budget plan
• Maintain records of expenditure and report of spend at appropriate interval as required
• To be responsible for the administration of school cash, including banking arrangements and safe management in line with financial regulations
• To manage the administration of facilities including the use of school premises
• To provide line management cover for administrative staff in the absence of the School Business Manager.
