About The Role

Contract Type: Permanent

Qualifications Required: First degree or NVQ equivalent
Salary: £23,115 - £25,613 per annum
Start Date: 2nd September 2024

About the Candidate

The successful candidate will be:

  • An outstanding, motivated, inspirational Specialist EAL Teaching Assistant
  • Passionate about ensuring all young people have access to the highest levels of support enabling them to flourish
  • Determined to make a difference to the whole TEMA community but particularly to those students who have additional needs and require additional support and extended services to overcome barriers to learning.
  • A passionate advocate for students’ personal development, champion mental health and ensure students benefit from highly effective interventions and pastoral support whilst maintaining the highest expectations of all
  • Working with a wide range of staff both internally and externally to develop both; best practice and supportive relationships which enable young people to realise their full potential.
