About The Role

Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hrs per week TTO
Number of Positions: 2
Qualifications Required: NVQ level 2 or equivalent
Start Date: 22nd April 2025
Salary: £24,404 - £25,183 per annum

We are looking for 2 consistently humble, resilient and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants to join our SEND team and work within our Resource Provision for 7 children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Specific Language Impairment

About the Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

Energetic
Committed practitioner – with a strong team ethos
Excellent Behaviour Management skills
Passionate about education in an urban setting.
High expectations and a moral commitment to learning, achievement and the creation of a rich learning environment.
Minimum of NVQ Level 2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification and/or experience
Possess an unswerving belief in reflection, collaboration, teamwork and feedback.
Demonstrate outstanding communication skills and unlimited good humour.
