We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join our fantastic team at Manchester Enterprise Academy (MEA)

This role will start as soon as all pre-employment checks are complete.

We’re looking for:

• We are seeking a candidate who understands the key responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant and works collaboratively with classroom professionals.

• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of child development and learning, alongside a commitment to professional standards. They will consistently strive to enhance their knowledge and skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement to support student success.

Main purpose of the job:

The role offers an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional education, helping students grow into happy, confident adults. The post holders will support teaching and learning across the school, assisting with the management of students and resources to ensure a positive and effective learning environment.
