Salary: £25,584 - £27,269 per annum
 
 
The Governors & Headteacher of St Anne's are seeking to appoint an Office Administrator to work in our busy school office.
 
We are looking for an energetic, committed and caring individual with excellent communication skills who will contribute to our school’s journey, ensure a high standard, and work collaboratively with all staff and parents in order to support student wellbeing.
 
The role will include the following duties:
 
  • Undertake reception duties, answering general telephone and face-to-face enquiries.
  • Control and monitor entry to the school including the visitor signing in system and safeguarding issues.
  • To manage the administration function to include correspondence, procedures, completion and submission of complex forms and returns both internally and to outside agencies.
  • Process attendance data, liaising with staff and parents where necessary
  • To work as part of a team to support colleagues and contribute to the vision and ethos of the school.

About the Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with demonstrable experience of working successfully in an school office environment and proven abilities in working directly with parents/carers, our children, staff and visitors. 

The ideal candidate will have suitable experience, demonstrate a collaborative, team working approach focused on improvement and supporting the vision, values and objectives of our school.
 
As the Office Administrator, you will work alongside a supportive team, where your organisational skills and positive attitude will make a real impact.
 
The candidate will have good interpersonal skills, have the ability to work both independently and in a team, and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
 
You will need a high level of organisational skills and be competent in a range of software (for example Microsoft Office and Arbor).
