About The Role
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full Time
Number of Positions: 1
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Salary: £31,650 - £49,607 per annum
We would like to appoint a teacher and Phase leader who:
Is an exemplary and inspirational teacher and leader
Is aspirational for all learners• Has high expectations of learning and behaviour
Is an experienced teacher and leader who has a passion for teaching and uses this to inspire others
Promotes children's enjoyment of learning whilst ensuring high levels of achievement and opportunities for all
Has a commitment to their own continuing professional development and that of others, creating a learning culture for everybody
Has excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to working as part of a team, whilst taking ownership over given areas and using initiative do this
About the Candidate
The successful candidate will:
Be a proven strong EYFS teacher who has a clear understanding of high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum
Have leadership skills that will enable staff to flourish and pupils to reach their potential, underpinned by a strong personal philosophy and clear pedagogical subject knowledge.
Be supportive of our school values
Be dedicated to raising standards and removing barriers to learning for all pupils.
Have high expectations of themselves and pupils with a positive, can do and proactive nature.
A commitment to developing an engaging and exciting curriculum based on practical and first-hand learning experiences set within a very strong learning environment.
