About the Role
As a Teacher at Oasis Academy Aspinal, you will:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned to our curriculum and academy priorities
- Assess, monitor and report on the progress and achievements of all pupils
- Contribute to preparing children for external assessments
- Create a safe, positive and well organised learning environment
- Maintain excellent behaviour, order and discipline in line with our expectations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development and pupil outcomes
- Communicate effectively with pupils, parents/carers and colleagues
- Promote safeguarding and the wellbeing of all children
- Participate in professional development, performance review and wider academy initiatives
