Use your personal statement to provide evidence of how you meet each one, supported by relevant examples:
- Experience of carrying out caretaking, site maintenance, building repairs or similar premises management duties.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Ability to undertake minor repairs, maintenance tasks and routine inspections across a school or similar site.
- Good organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage site security, including opening and closing premises and responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent maintenance issues.
- A commitment to providing a high-quality service and maintaining a positive environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
