You must be able to work flexibly and be responsive to the demands and priorities of a fast-paced service.  You should have exceptional people skills, tact and ‘emotional intelligence’ as you will be dealing with people at times of tremendous emotion.  For registration purposes you must also be able to see and hear with aids/adaptations if necessary.

You should have experience of working in a busy office environment, proven communication and customer-care skills of the highest order and some experience of cash handling or financial reconciliation.
